The Ridge residence is composed of a series of volumes stretched along two axes defined by board-formed concrete walls, designed to playfully connect the net-zero family home to the landscape on several scales. The main living area is a glassy, open volume under an extended low-slope roof. This form is reflected to create a garage, and mimicked to the south in a workshop. Parapeted, wood-clad volumes contain bedrooms and private living spaces.
